Osun ADC Unveils 2027 Senate, Reps and Assembly Candidates

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has unveiled its candidates for the Senate, House of Representatives and Osun State House of Assembly ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The party presented candidates across the state’s three senatorial districts, nine federal constituencies and all 26 state Assembly constituencies.
The development was announced in a statement issued on Monday by the ADC’s Osun State Publicity Secretary, Abosede Busayo Oluwaseun, who called on residents to take note of the party’s candidates ahead of the elections.
ADC Names Three Senatorial Candidates in Osun
For the Senate, the ADC has selected Akeem Olaoye to contest the Osun Central Senatorial District.
Senator Adelere Oriolowo will fly the party’s flag in Osun West, while Babatunde Olaniyi Loye will contest the Osun East Senatorial District.
The party said it was presenting the candidates as part of its effort to provide what it described as quality representation and purposeful leadership in the state.
Nine ADC Candidates for House of Representatives
The ADC has also released its candidates for the nine federal constituencies in Osun State.
Akinlabi Olusegun will contest the Ifedayo/Ila/Boluwaduro Federal Constituency, while Barrister Olayinka Oyefusi will represent the party in Ifelodun/Boripe/Odo-Otin.
Taofeek Arogundade will contest the Osogbo/Olorunda/Orolu/Irepodun Federal Constituency, while Tajudeen Ajagbe is the candidate for Ede North/Ede South/Egbedore/Ejigbo.
For Iwo/Olaoluwa/Ayedire, the ADC has picked Gbenga Ogunkanmi, while Bolarinwa Ibraheem will contest Irewole/Isokan.
The remaining House of Representatives candidates are Sikiru Ayedun for Ife North/Ife East/Ife Central/Ife South, Olowu Sunday for Obokun/Oriade and Ajibola E. Oladimeji for Ijesa South.
