Odumodublvck Revives Blaqbonez Cell Controversy as Old Feud Takes New Turn
Rapper Odumodublvck has reignited his long-running clash with Blaqbonez, bringing fresh attention to an alleged cell incident and a handwritten apology letter.
What Triggered the Latest Exchange
Our independent investigation shows that the latest round of posts referenced a previous detention claim. Odumodublvck alleged that Blaqbonez was told to apologise before release, that the apology had to be handwritten under lawyer supervision, and that claims of coercion would not hold. He tied the matter back to older sexual abuse accusations that remain unproven in court. Blaqbonez has previously denied the claims and pursued legal action seeking billions in damages for defamation.
The gist is simple. Their feud has moved far beyond music. What started as rap rivalry years ago now includes personal allegations, industry name-dropping and court filings. Fans on X quickly divided. Some supported Odumodublvck’s insistence on standing by his statements. Others accused him of recycling unverified claims for attention. A few simply expressed fatigue at how long the back-and-forth has dragged.
Why the Blaqbonez-Odumodublvck Saga Keeps Returning
As it stands right now, neither side has dropped a full new official statement beyond the latest social media exchange. Earlier this year Blaqbonez’s legal team issued a formal demand. Odumodublvck responded by repeating that he stands on his words.
Let’s look at the facts.
The two once collaborated and were seen as close. A woman at the centre of the personal fallout has also spoken at different points, adding layers that keep the story alive.
To be fair, public beefs in Nigerian hip-hop often turn messy when they leave the music. Here is where it gets interesting. Every fresh post pulls the older allegations back into circulation even when little new evidence surfaces. The handwritten apology detail became the latest talking point for people still following the saga. Reactions remain split and loud this morning as more users weigh in.
The latest exchange has once again pushed the old controversy back into public discussion, showing how quickly past disputes can return when fresh claims surface online. For now, fans are left watching the two sides as the conversation continues to develop.
