Turkish sports journalist Ali Naci Küçük has described a potential deal for the France international as a “lottery win” for the Turkish Super Lig club, comparing the move to Galatasaray’s acquisition of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
Galatasaray Push Ahead With Camavinga Talks
Galatasaray are reportedly working to complete a deal for Camavinga before the transfer deadline, with discussions continuing with both Real Madrid and the midfielder’s representatives.
The Turkish champions are understood to be highly interested in adding the 23-year-old midfielder to their squad as they look to strengthen their team for the new season.
Küçük believes securing Camavinga would represent another statement signing for Galatasaray, particularly given the financial commitment required to bring the player to Istanbul.

Speaking about the latest developments, Küçük said Galatasaray would consider Camavinga’s arrival a major opportunity, similar to the impact of Osimhen’s move.
“Camavinga would be a lottery win, like Osimhen. The French midfielder’s annual cost is €14 million,” Küçük said.
He also revealed the club’s reported attitude towards the negotiations, suggesting Galatasaray are prepared to spend heavily if the right opportunity emerges.

Camavinga has established himself at Real Madrid since joining the Spanish giants from Rennes, but uncertainty surrounding his future has attracted strong interest from clubs looking to secure his services.
