Portable Explains Why He Walked Out of Celebrity Boxing Rematch Against Charles Okocha

Nigerian street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has spoken out after walking away from his celebrity boxing rematch against Nollywood actor Charles Okocha, claiming the fight turned into an unfair physical attack.
The controversial singer shared his side of the story in a video posted on his Instagram page on Saturday, where he alleged that Okocha abandoned boxing rules and resorted to wrestling during the match.
According to Portable, the fight became chaotic after he was allegedly attacked in a manner that had nothing to do with boxing.
He also displayed what he described as injuries on his back and body, claiming he was bitten during the bout while several people allegedly got involved in the altercation.
“They said he eats Molly. He didn’t see Molly anymore. So he ate my back. Man, he bit me. I landed a heavy hit on him,” Portable said.
The singer maintained that he was in control of the contest before the incident, repeatedly insisting that he landed more punches than Charles Okocha before deciding to leave the ring.
The celebrity boxing rematch ended in Charles Okocha’s favour after Portable abandoned the contest during the opening round, handing the actor victory. Neither Okocha nor the organisers had responded to Portable’s allegations at the time of this report.
