Nollywood Veteran Chiwetalu Agu Warns Children That Old Age Bills May Exceed Their Club Expenditures (video)

Nollywood legend Chiwetalu Agu has counselled young people to live well while they are still in their prime in order to make the most of their youth.

Agu cautioned in a social media video that ageing has its own set of issues and emphasised the value of putting pleasure first.

In addition to making the most of their youth, he counselled young people to make prudent preparations for the future.

“Enjoy yourself now that you are young,” he urged. There are several difficulties in old age. There are several issues that come with being older. It’s high blood pressure if it’s not diabetes. If it’s not a cardiac disease, it may be liver or kidney problems.

If it’s not a stroke, it could be brain difficulties, among many other things. Have fun while you’re still young. Time doesn’t wait for anyone. When given the chance, live life to the fullest. Growing older is not easy.

Chiwetalu emphasised that there is time for everything by citing the Bible. He also exhorted young people to grow closer to God, emphasising the significance of how they treat others.

“Ecclesiastes 3:1” Every purpose under god has a season and a time. The best way to appreciate old age is to prepare for it. I’m not attempting to frighten you. “Hold God tight,” is all I’m saying. Make a lot of money and treat your family well. Make lots of money, I say again. Your bills won’t cover themselves.

Now is the time to invest. “You won’t be spending and smiling with hope that more will come when you’re older because your bills will be far more expensive than what you spend at clubs.” Rather, you’ll be worrying, planning, and counting down the days,” he continued.
