Dan Ulasi: What Peter Obi told me gives hope for Nigeria

Dan Ulasi, a prominent member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), revealed on Thursday that Nigerians would have hope if they paid attention to his conversations with former presidential candidate Peter Obi. Ulasi claimed that Obi, whom he has known when Obi ran for governor of Anambra State while serving as National Chairman of the APGA, recently paid him a visit in Enugu State and they had an insightful conversation.
Speaking on the Morning Show on Arise TV, Ulasi claimed that Obi visited his home four days ago and that they had lengthy discussions about how he could enhance his present political activities.
He continued by saying that Obi often pays him a visit anytime he is in Enugu, and this year alone, he has done it four times.
Ulasi further disclosed that Obi had previously spoken to students in Enugu before visiting his home and interacting with a few of Ulasi’s acquaintances.
“Mr. Peter Obi was in my house in Enugu four days ago, and we were discussing what he can do better than what he is presenting,” he stated. Every time he visits Enugu, he comes to me. I’ve known him since I was the National Chairman of APGA during his Anambra State governorship campaign, and we’ve been close ever since.
Peter Obi has visited my home four times this year alone. He has been doing consultations across the nation. He came to my house two days ago after visiting Enugu to speak to kids in the coal city. I phoned some of my friends, and they questioned him.
“If you listen to Peter Obi talk, you will have hope for this country, that someone has a concept of what he wants to do and how he would do for the overall benefit of our people, so I confirmed that he was in my house and we had a brilliant discussion.”
