Osun CP Appeals to Journalists for Support in Fighting Insecurity

Ibrahim Gotan, the Commissioner of the Osun State Police Command, has praised journalists for their professionalism and called for continued cooperation in tackling security issues around the state. He said this on Thursday during a courtesy visit to the Police Command headquarters by the leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Osun State Council.
The visit offered a chance to improve relations between the media and the police, according to a statement released on Friday by NUJ Secretary Olalekan Akindoju.
