2027: Sam Amadi Reveals Favourite Presidential Candidate: “The Rest Are Thieves”
Sam Amadi, A former chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, announced his favourite candidate ahead of the 2027 presidential election. In a post on X, Amadi stated that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential contender, is the only politician he can enthusiastically back.
The online personality claims that every other presidential contender has proven to be a thief and that they are armed robbers dressed in suits.
“Therefore, the only presidential candidate in Nigeria today (among the serious ones) that I can enthusiastically support is @PeterObi; the others are mostly thieves, actually armed robbers in suits and agbada,” he said.
Amadi made the statement in response to a tweet that connected a politician to the alleged financial fraud of Lagos socialite Aisha Achimugu.
Achimugu, whose $13 million was recently seized by the Federal High Court in Abuja, was reportedly employed by an influential politician, according to the post.
