Popular Nigerian TikTok creator and influencer Peller has opened up about the deeply personal reason behind his decision to marry his fiancée, Jarvis, saying he wants to end a family pattern that has existed for generations.
The content creator made the revelation during a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, where he explained that growing up with parents who never got married inspired him to choose a different path for his own future.
Peller Says He Wants to End His Family’s Marriage Pattern
Speaking candidly on the podcast, Peller disclosed that his parents had children together without ever getting married, a situation he described as something he does not want to repeat.
According to him, getting married is a personal mission to create a different legacy for his future family.
“My parents did not get married and gave birth to us. I want to break that curse and get married. Of course, I must do marriage.”

Peller also revealed that his parents did not believe he was serious when he first shared his intention to marry Jarvis.
According to him, they assumed it was another joke until he repeatedly assured them that he truly loved her and wanted to spend his life with her.
“I told my parents I want to get married, and when I told them, it was like a joke. They didn’t take me seriously. I told them, ‘I want to marry her. I love her.'”

Jarvis, who appeared alongside Peller on the podcast, also spoke about their relationship, revealing that they first met physically in November 2024.
She disclosed that she was the one who planned and organised their very first date, marking the beginning of their romantic journey.

Peller Says His Online Personality Is Only a Character
